Sheetrock

We stopped by the house before we went to Jackson for Christmas and they are really coming along with it. They are about ready to start painting!! They finished the outside of the house in the siding and it looks great!

Siding, Insulation and Sheetrock

This past week they had completed all but the front of the house with the siding and while Chris finished his wiring on the surround sound the guys were able to insulate the whole house! They had everything in the house and ready to begin sheetrock on Monday!

Plumbing and Siding

They have gotten almost one whole side done in the siding! They had to stop because TVA some how lost the feed to Clifton so NO ONE in Clifton had power for about 2 hours. But they have gotten the house in the dry so if it rains they can work on the inside till the outside gets done. They also started the plumbing!! We have showers and pipes everywhere! It's moving right along now!!

Siding, Spook and bonfires

We took a "family" trip to the river on Sat and Spook obviously had not caught up on his sleep from the excitement of Thursday so he was quite cuddly. They hadn't done much since last week when Chris was there but they have a little of the siding up and it's looking great!

Siding Delivery

They almost have all the wiring done and lights and plugs in! It's really beginning to come together!!

After a few problems we finally made it to the house with the siding. Some of it got wet so we had to unload it so it could dry out before they paint it. I enjoyed the sights of the trees while they took the pallet off the trailer. Have a few of those pics to share with you all so you can see how pretty the trees are. Chris says I'm a color freak! I guess it's the designer in me!!

Decking

They worked on the decking this week and it looks wonderful!! Can't wait to sit out there and watch the water go by!!
